Mission: information, transparency and accountability of government to the community, civic engagement of influential people in the community, support of the needy, young people, marginalized groups, families or the community in participating in government to improve services and enhance the quality of life, and support and promotion of anti-corruption tools in public institutions.

Vision: to inform and promote civic engagement, strengthen community structures, promote government accountability and social inclusion in a society with equal opportunities for all.

The goals of the organziation are:

1. Inform and promote transparency in local and central government with the goal of involving as many citizens as possible in decision-making

2. Promote government accountability to citizens

3. Support citizen activism in the service of transparency, the fight against instruments of corruption and participation in governance

4. Supporting democratic development and strengthening social cohesion by promoting social care services, participation and integration of vulnerable individuals and families.

5. Addressing social problems such as poverty, gender-based violence, sexual abuse, social exclusion, discrimination and inequality in the Republic of Albania.

6. Promote civic awareness, volunteerism and social solidarity to support community development and the well-being of the vulnerable segments of society.
