INAC (Information Network & Active Citizenship) is an organization based in Elbasan. INAC has been active since 2017 and carries out a number of projects. In order to expand its staff, it is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator with a contract period of 6 to 12 months.Responsibilities of the Coordinator:- Responsible for coordinating all local project activities;- Performs administrative tasks as directed by the organization;- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of meetings, seminars and activities;- Assist the Project Manager and other staff in meetings and activities;- Prepares registration lists and manages participants’ data;- Prepares daily activity reports;- Identifies and cooperates with all target groups, stakeholders and representatives of local partners;- Assists in the preparation of meeting rooms and ensures they are ready for use;- Supports the youth and other visitors to the center in their activities;- Takes responsibility for managing the inventory of office supplies and equipment;- Implements instructions from project staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills; Completed college education;
At least 1 year of experience working with organizations or organizing community activities; average ability to prepare documents according to organization and funder requirements;
Communication and teamwork skills; attention to detail and problem solving skills that adapt to circumstances;
Basic knowledge of inventory management; motivation to work in and with the community; willingness to work closely and share information with project staff at all times.

Remuneration:The Coordinator will receive a fixed salary based on work performance and ongoing projects.
